SECTION 3 – ORDERS & REFUNDS

When you purchase a consultation or service package, you are making an offer for us to begin working on your behalf. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is considered accepted once your payment is processed and we confirm receipt.

Refunds

Because our Services involve time, expertise, and labour—often beginning shortly after an order is submitted—we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

You may be eligible for a refund only if both conditions are met:

We have not attempted to contact you after your order (via email, phone, or text), and
We have not begun any work, including reviewing your request, researching vehicles, preparing recommendations, or attempting to schedule a consultation.

Once outreach or work has started, all sales are final.

You represent that all purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or third-party brokering.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

Service prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase applies.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information so we may complete your order. You confirm that:

the payment method provided is valid,
you are authorized to use it, and
you will cover all charges associated with your order, including taxes where applicable.

SECTION 5 – NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY

We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally or through phone/video consultation.
