Refunds are available only if no work has begun on your order.

A refund may be issued if:

  • You submitted an order and payment, and we have not yet attempted to contact you,

  • No time has been spent reviewing your request, preparing materials, or working on your behalf.

A refund will not be issued once any of the following occur:

  • We have reached out to schedule a call or request additional information,

  • We have begun evaluating your car search or service request,

  • Any portion of work has started, including internal research, communication attempts, or preparation.

Once work has started, the service is considered in progress and non-refundable.
